C² was once a small, disadvantaged, woman-owned business, and benefited from partnerships with large firms. Now, as a mid-size company, we are committed to partnering with small emerging businesses. Our leadership is currently involved in mentoring several emerging businesses.

C² recognizes the important contributions made by small businesses to our Nation.
